Delivering robust quality assurance and control

Our oil and gas offices are certified to ISO 9001 and our complete suite of procedures ensure that all of the deliverables developed for our clients are of the highest quality. Our integrated quality system incorporates the requirements of ISO 9001: 2000 and ISO 14001:2004, and is also certified by Lloyds Register Quality Assurance Limited.

For all projects we develop a project specific quality assurance (QA) plan including all of the protocols, where our assignment calls for it, to manage third parties such as vendors and construction contractors from the QA/QC perspectives. We dedicate a quality assurance manager to set-up the project management systems in addition to our QA audit regimes.

On site our specialists can take on an overall management role or hands on inspection and testing service ensuring that the contractor fulfils his full obligation in this critical area. Additionally, our fully qualified auditors can undertake formal extrinsic audits of manufacturers, suppliers and construction contractors.

Our work with vendors includes the complete range of witnessing services and approvals as well as expediting. Linked to the technical side of our project team the factory inspector can immediately make informed decisions on potential qualifications to pre-agreed specifications, and if agreed, issue the appropriate deviation approvals.
